I was nervous to sign up with them, but they calmed me down and explained everything very thoroughly to me. They seem very educated and know what they're doing. I think they take too much from you as far as you're trying to get out of debt and they try to take twenty percent off each thing they settle for you which I think is a high amount.

Reply from Freedom Debt Relief

Thank you, Nicole for your honest review! We're happy to hear that one of our debt consultants, was able to guide you through and make sure you were getting taken care of. Also we're sorry to hear that you're not satisfied with our settlement fees. They were very quick and efficient. They've gotten the job done quicker than I had anticipated. They were able to negotiate better settlements than we had discussed before. I highly recommend them.

I was getting no where with my credit card debt. I've never had problems with questions I've called in with, and have always been able to get a hold of anyone. I would recommend them to anyone.

Freedom Debt Relief is very knowledgeable and they're helpful when you need them. They get things done, and are very pleasant to work with. They don't make you feel bak about what you owe and what position you're in.
