FDR has paid off a few of my debts and have negotiated several others. FDR has also contacted a legal team on my behalf and they cleared up a tough case that almost went to court but with their help and a little extra money I was able to add, they settled!

Try freedom debt relief. They were amazing in helping me. I would suggest them to anyone who was looking about getting an aid relief program. They were great going over things and explaining the process with me. It was a big help. The service is fantastic. I started in 2018 and had eleven debts and five or six of them are already completed.

Satisfied for the most part. There is an account that has been paid off for several months, but still shows in process. It was paid off in three payments. I have contacted FDR 4-5 times to inquire why this account is not showing paid off. Each time I am told it is being escalated, but nothing changes. I'm not given any further information, but the account status does not change. Very frustrating not to see progress. The only thing that has changed is that it shows 2/2 payments made. Don't know why this was changed because I am certain THREE payments were made. I've stopped inquiring because I am given no information. Even have sensed an attitude when I try to get answers. It is not easy going thru this process and feel I am just a number with FDR rather than a person.

They have been able to negotiate pretty much all of my accounts. Every single time that I calle they answer right away they never make me wait. Every time I called the notes are updated and everyone knows how to help me, how to advise me and what to do next if I need to change anything or do an additional step.

I went with them because of their rating on BBB. It's the best thing I've ever done. Anytime I've ever been in need or needed any kind of information or help with anything or decision making on any kind of financial situations they've been right there to help me out. They've kept me out of a lot of legal problems.
