I didn't realize you just stopped paying you credit cards for months and months and would get 6-10 calls a day from them trying to collect. Mean while your credit score plummets and you are screwed. My husband totaled our car during this and our credit is so bad that no one will give us a car loan without a co-signer. We have no one to co-sign. So we have to rent a car because my husband needs it for his work. We are paying $2000 a month for a rental!!!!

you cut what I owed on my credit cards about 50 percent from 32000.00 to 15000.00 I was told at about 180 days you would have cut a deal with my creditors although all that time I was getting late charge and penalties which was a sizeable amount. At 180 days you didnt make any deals with about 4 crediters. so you talked me into a loan with your company now I owe 32000.00 just like when I started. COULD YOU PLEASE GET BACK TO ME AND LET ME KNOW HOW YOU HELPED ME. I owe you all that intrest instead of the creditcards

It's all gravey unless you have to leave the program. Any accumulated funds you have in your acct at the time you have to leave suddenly disappear, aren't disbursed to creditors, and you get a pittance of a refund. Ex: I had to leave due to switching jobs that was a $32k paycut and I lost a lot, including being in this program. I had over $1k in my acct. and it disappeared and I got a slap-in-the-face refund of < $3. And they never indicated if I left that funds in my acct would be used towards their "fees."

Customer service in the Spanish division is horrible. Representatives yell at you, they don't listen your claims or questions. Got on hold for a supervisor for an hour. Rep keep giving excuses for not to transfer me to a supervisor. Canceled with them, take your business elsewhere if you want a really customer service driven company. If I could give zero stars, I would. In one year I paid over $7000 to them and they settled just one account and paid themselves an astronomical amount. . When I canceled they would not refund the money in my dedicated account stating that the money was to be paid to FDR again for “their fees” I had four accounts with them and ended up settling three on my own and guess what? No fees involved for me to do it myself.. They make it sound like credit card companies will not negotiate with you. They use scare tactics. Do not trust this company with your hard earned money.

This company will tell you one thing to get you to sign up with them - like you can pay off your balances early & graduate early. That is a lie because I tried to pay off a couple of my accounts early and they told me that I could not - that there had a policy change. I talked with 3 different people and each person told me that I could not graduate early - that there had been a policy change.
