They communicate through the client dashboard. I think it takes too long before I get a settlement, it takes seven months.

Reply from Freedom Debt Relief

There can be many factors that are considered when our negotiation team goes to start reaching out to negotiate on accounts. They know how soon creditors are willing to start settling and also how much funds are needed to start the negotiation. So it can seem that it takes a while in between settlements. We like to send communications through the dashboard as well as email and text message. We try and refer clients to their dashboard, as it is a great tool to keep you updated on your program. You can also chat with our Client Service team when you have questions or concerns about the program. Thank you for choosing Freedom Debt Relief!

I think the fees are to high. I think more of my money could go toward paying of the debt. For me the high fees drags out the debt being paid off.

Reply from Freedom Debt Relief

Thank you for your honest review, Patricia. You should also know that because we abide by the Federal Trade Commission guidelines, Freedom Debt Relief will not accept a fee until we actually settle a debt. And the good news is that if you can afford the low, monthly, program deposit, our fees are already included in that amount. If you have any additional questions regarding settlement fees, we encourage you to reach out to our Client Services team by calling (800) 655-6303 or email .
