There is much lacking in many areas. By the time they finally start settlement phase you owe creditors considerably more than when you started. And now your credit is tanked.

Reply from Freedom Debt Relief

We're sorry to hear your disappointment with the program. We start to negotiate based off the funds in your dedicated account. Your credit will start to increase as the settlements are being resolved and what will count the most on your credit, is that you've paid off that debt! Please reach out to our client services department at (800) 655-6303 or should you have any questions or comments regarding your account.
