Thanks Josh M for being Awesome. I appreciate your ability to be professional and personal about my experience. Couldn’t be more happy with your service. These kind of conversation are always uncomfortable and hard but still as I think about it I feel like I got advice from a friend and was totally comfortable. Thanks again Josh, have a wonderful day.

Signing up with the company is easy and the person who helped me was very helpful and nice. However, if you choose to opt-out of the program you will get the worst customer service ever. Instead of calling you, they email you, and when you call you just get told a bunch of excuses. I'm sorry, but if you have time to write out a long email you have time to call me. If you know what is best for you DO NOT do business with this company.

Having help managing my debt has been easy and I’ve appreciated all advice and suggestions on how to manage my finances so I don’t have problems again. Living within my means is easier than I thought. No more credit cards tempting me to spend. I’m much happier.

I wish I could leave zero stars, what a horrible experience, I decided to end the program 6 months before my four years, I realized they were taking longer than originally promised to negotiate my accunts. Oh boy, it was painful to end the program, endless calls, different representatives, no one knows what the last person you spoke with said, long wait times. I would not do business with them again and I would not recommend them.
The Final Word
National Debt Relief has a lower debt requirement ($7,500) than Accredited Debt Relief ($10,000). If you have lower amounts of debt, you may not qualify for Accredited Debt Relief settlement services.
However, for individuals with lower levels of debt, Accredited Debt Relief also offers debt consolidation and debt management programs. These programs do not have the same negative effects on your credit that debt settlement does. Accredited Debt Relief charges a monthly fee between $10 and $40 and a one-time enrollment fee between $0 and $100 for these consolidation services.
Accredited Debt Relief is a good choice whether you are seeking debt consolidation, management, or settlement services.
