There is nothing I like as my dislike for the customer service has shadowed any possible positives. They charge too much, leave you on hold, cut you off or simply do not respond to multiple requests. An agent told me today to just reply 'stop' to the messages. What if they are real settlement offers???

I am now facing a court hearing because clear one has not lived up to its promises. This is the 2nd court notice. When I called after the first o e the rep at clear one told me that they cannot do anything after it goes to the courts. What the heck?????

I filled something out online at 4:00am. The next thing you know they are calling which is against the law to call that early. Just because i fill something out at that hour doesn't mean to call. You still have to follow the law.

They are very hard to get in touch with. On hold and no answer from emails . They are not deliverywhat was expected. I am getting letters from lawyers where I have to handle on my own where they should be doing the work. Biggest mistake of my life.

I filed my notice of cancellation well before the 3-5 day notice period, but was still charged, and overdraft fees were incurred. They are very bad at getting back to you, and don't follow through with actions very well at all. Any company that can mess up financial situations as simply as a stop payment should not be trusted.

They tell you a dream and when its time to take care of your loans they dont answer and give you the run around and when you want to cancel they tell you they've been paying and different people have a different story as to why you can't get it back.. BEWARE!!

Do not use this company. They have salesmen working for them that try to strong arm you into Paying more each month. Very misleading in the beginning. Read your contract!
