This company is terrible to deal with. I decided to cancel right away haven't even put funds in. I finally got a hold of someone saying that the canceled it for me. They did not and when I tried calling back I just keep getting the run around. The managers seem like a shady used car salesman and I am still not canceled 0/10 would recommend

Don't do it!!!! Talk to your creditors and see if they will work with you. I've been in the program for over 3 years and should have been done in January but they haven't even settled all my accounts yet! After 3 years!!! Now I am having to pay beyond what I was told. It's a big scam and I do not recommend them!!!!!

Because we customize each program to meet our clients' specific needs, settlement times vary from person to person and it can take up to six months or longer to reach each resolution with a creditor. For this reason, in addition to each creditor approaching resolutions differently, program timeline estimates cannot be guaranteed.

Please please do not use their services. You will end up paying much more what you are paying to credit companies. They could not settled my debt with Discover card and ultimately I got notice of Garnishment from them, which means I have to pay them full amount. Never ever higher this company. Now I have to get lawyer to settle this debt.

I started in May - got letters from attorneys which I forwarded to them. No response except "we are working on it". I kept following up with I got another letter. No response. I was concerned about being sued - no response. I switch to another company CareOne whom a family member used about 10 years ago and they were very satisfied with them.
