A couple of times Couponcabin has not honored the rebates that I have claimed. The one I was a few pennies under the $ amount, and would not claim. I cannot argue since it was stated in the guidelines. This last time, i was able to claim a $75 Toys R Us rebate. Followed the guidelines to a T. After a couple of weeks of not receiving the rebate, I filed a claim. I was told it would be investigated. Almost 30 days later, I get an email that they are unable to pay, and worse, they do not need to give an explanation why. WHAT? SO, I responded to the email and am in the process of seeing what legal actions can be taken. Yes, $75, and although many have had a huge success with this company, how many times have they done this to others. I have sent them all the information requested etc. Because of my response, they have closed my account- not a biggie truthfully. I post this to warn others, especially when it comes to the big $$$ rebates. I personally think Toys R Us is the one not honoring because they filed bankruptcy. However, I was led to believe that if I followed the guidelines, I would receive the rebate - not the case here. They make up rules as I go - especially with "we don't have to give reason." right.

I have been with coupon cabin for a year now I have gotten1 check so far but when I look at my earnings I have a whole list that say still pending from back to August 2018 and some others that have been longer I don't understand why other than that good company

Coupon Kevin fail to honor the $50 coupon to Walmart. Not worth the hassle of trying to “prove“ what happened. In fact, they should be telling me what the problem was if any.

Coupon codes do not readily work with retailers online.
