The Good

  • 100 percent guarantee
  • Coupons and deals from top brands
  • Cash back
Coupons, Deals, and Cash back services are all available with CouponCabin. One of the major complaints consistent with numerous online deal sites is selecting a deal that is no longer valid. The user experience becomes so frustrating from that point forward. Not only is the deal they selected not valid, but who knows if that experience is going to happen again. CouponCabin takes care of this common problem with a 100% guarantee of all its coupons. Their backing of these coupons should give confidence to users, helping them know that what they see really is what they are going to get. Not only are their coupons 100% backed, they also offer these deals from some of the top brands in countless categories. A few of these big brands include but are not limited to Hobby Lobby, Payless, Best Buy, and Target. Some of these categories include Home & Garden, Office Supplies, and Apparel. Not only do they offer excellent coupons and deals, there is also a Bonus Cash Back service option. Through this service, you can earn up to 10% cash back on online purchases at over 1,800 stores. That is a lot of value, and cash, for you to enjoy while shopping.

The Bad

  • Categories section can be hard to find
There is far more good than bad when evaluating the deal finding experience at CouponCabin. For some, the location of both the categories section as well as the top brands section may be a little difficult to find. The conventional location for these important sections on competing sites is on a toolbar right on the front of the home page. On CouponCabin, this information is found at the bottom of the long elevator-styled website. They do, however, have an impressive and useful search tool right on the front of the homepage to help you find whatever you may be searching for. This location for the categories section may only be inconvenient for some, as the rest of the process for finding deals is clean and fast.

The Bottom Line

CouponCabin offers a lot to deal-seeking shoppers. The good aspects include 100% guarantee for coupons, countless top brands, and offering cash back, far outweigh any negative aspects that may be found. We recommend using CouponCabin for all your coupon and deal needs.

Awful, Awful, Awful. This place dangles great opportunities to "win" free shopping at many great websites. I fell victim to the bait. Spent months trying to "win" this elusive shopping opportunities and finally got one to Kohls.com $100.00 sprees. After rushing to complete the order (they only give you a few hours to complete), paying for it-I waited for my $100.00 cash credit. They denied it. First they said it must have been a problem with my browser/ad on/extension, they they blamed Kohl's and finally said I didn't spend enough. After complaining more, they shut my account down while I had a positive balance. Save yourself the money and hassle-stay away from CouponCabin.

Deserves 0 stars. Small company. Only 50-100 employees per Wikipedia, so easy 4 all 2 have fancy, meaningless titles. Never got 1 of their codes to work. Forgot I even signed up in 2014, & it's now 2020. Thought I'd try again & had some issues. So, wrote to CS. Response: Since you're unhappy, your acct has been closed. Wanted to screenshot my issue, but already blocked from site. I've read others have had same issues w/ARROGANT CS! Hope these lowly CSRs never try to get a job at a larger co. Guess this is why RetailMeNot, Rakuten & Joyus, etc., are more popular & work effectively w/many daytime tv shows that promote them & their great, no-hassle deals!

I wouldn't give this company any stars if that was possible. I made purchases through coupon cabin for nearly $200. While my purchases met the requirements for rebate, coupon cabin closed my account because I questioned them for asking for actual photos of my driver's license (someone recently stole my credit card number through this method). They responded on BBB that they promptly reply to questions and accept 6 other forms of proof of residency, but now they are ignoring my communication. The last communication I received from them said I should write to their company and wait a minimum of 3 weeks for a reply. So it appears that they are replying with false information on BBB to prevent poor ratings. I am simply asking for my nearly $200 that I am entitled to. As it is, they have been paid by merchants and they are also keeping my ~$200. I plan to file with the attorney general also and encourage others who are experiencing this problem to do the same. I simply want the rebates that I am entitled to. I made purchases in good faith and followed Coupon Cabin guidelines. Now they are keeping my ~$200 plus the money they already received on my behalf from the merchants. I hope poor ratings for this company will be recorded on appropriate sites. I see this happening to other consumers as well.

0 stars - this is an awful company. After successfully using them for awhile, they suddenly and without explanation refused to pay out over $100 cashback earned unless and until I provided a photocopy of my driver's license. I've had my identity stolen before, and asked multiple times if there were other options. They treated me poorly and refused to answer my question, just demanded the information. I filed a complaint with the BBB, and they again refused to answer my direct questions or offer to pay me the money they said had already been past due. The BBB closed my complaint - either they didn't read the exchange or they no longer are present to serve consumers (so much for BBB's integrity). Couponcabin is an awful company and they treated me with contempt. Don't get fooled and don't get involved with this company...if you don't believe me, just google other's experiences with them.

Update: CouponCabin terminated my account on Jan. 16th after I expressed a legal concern regarding their lack of transparency. I had $76.86 pending in my account at that time. Sydney K., the customer service rep who terminated my account, told me that a final check would be processed within 10 days and mailed out to me. It never was. Ever since then, I've been trying to collect this money. Upon account termination, no one at CouponCabin would talk with me. I was told to mail a letter to their legal department. So at the beginning of March, I sent a formal demand letter to CouponCabin's legal department. After 30 days, I still had not heard back, so I sent an email to their legal department as well as to their customer service department. I received no reply, but two days later, CouponCabin's lawyer, Douglas C, overnighted me a response letter. The response letter essentially stated that they would not communicate with me except through a lawyer and/or through the Small Claims Court and/or binding arbitration due to my repeated threats of legal action. Of course, this is a gross mischaracterization of statements made by me regarding legal action. There was, in fact, only a potential threat of legal action in the event that CouponCabin did not pay me the money owed. I mean, if someone owes you money, and they won't pay you, what exactly are you supposed to do besides threaten to sue them? If they paid that money, I'd have no reason to seek legal action. This letter, and in particular one that Mr. C sent to the Illinois Attorney General's office in response to a complaint I made, contained what I will diplomatically refer to as factual errors. In neither case did Mr. C make any mention whatsoever of the money owed to me or my attempts to collect it. In fact, he seemed to feign ignorance of my objective. Regardless, I did attempt to reach out to Mr. C in order to settle the matter amicably outside of court. He provided an email address to which I could direct communication from my attorney (as though anyone is going to hire an attorney to collect $76.86). I made clear that what I wanted was the money owed to me, at which point I would let the matter rest. I pointed out to him (again) that CouponCabin informed me on Jan. 15th that I was owed money, and their own customer service representative, Sydney K., also informed me that I was owed this money. Further, Sydney K. also stated that my account was in good standing despite whatever security issue caused my account to no longer be able to be paid out via Paypal. This is particularly important when you examine their Terms and Conditions. Section 3 of the Terms and Conditions, specifically paragraph III, "Termination of Your Membership," states: "If your membership is terminated by CouponCabin, CouponCabin may refuse to pay some or all of the amounts credited to your account if such amounts appear or are suspected (as determined in the sole and exclusive discretion of CouponCabin) to have been earned in violation, or after violation, of these Terms or to have been otherwise unlawfully obtained." Based on Sydney K.'s statement, they did not believe that I had violated their T&C in earning this money. Sydney K. even informed me that a check would be forthcoming. Therefore, CouponCabin is in violation of their own T&C. CouponCabin seems to have no problem using their T&C as a weapon against consumers, but when it applies to them, they have little regard for it. It is my opinion that they are betting that most people will not put in the time and effort to go to court or arbitration in order to recoup small sums of money. I wonder how many accounts they've terminated without paying out what those account holders were owed. I would not be surprised to find this to be a significant source of income for them. So, what options are available now? Clearly they have no interest in acting in good faith. They won't communicate with me, and they've avoided any mention of money as though they were allergic to it. There are two primary courses of action. First, I can sue in Small Claims Court. It would cost about $90 plus some additional expenses related to serving CouponCabin. However, if I were to win, I could recover these expenses from CouponCabin. Other people in my situation may not want to choose Small Claims Court, though, because of location. I think you'd have to either live in Illinois or Indiana or go to one of those states to file. The other option is arbitration. CouponCabin's T&C make this option seem equally unappealing because they state that you'd have to do this in Lake County, IN. However, JAMS, the arbitration company, specifically states that the consumer must be allowed to take part in choosing the arbiter, and they must also be allowed to have the venue take place in their hometown. So, despite what CouponCabin's T&C state, if you want to file an arbitration claim, it should not matter where you live. The filing fee is $250, however if you win CouponCabin will have to pay it. Additionally, CouponCabin has to pay several thousand dollars in fees to the arbitration company to have JAMS process the claim and arbitrate it. I don't know CouponCabin's record when it comes to these sorts of cases, but it is entirely possible that if you were to file and arbitration claim, CouponCabin may opt to settle with you rather than pay all of these fees to JAMS. So, if you've got a good case, you may wish to go this route. Perhaps if enough people did, CouponCabin might choose to change their practices. Additionally, I highly recommend you file a complaint with the Attorney General's Office in Illinois. They will probably tell you that they aren't going to do anything, but perhaps if enough people complain, they will have no choice but to take the issue seriously and investigate this company. Original Review: I'd steer clear of this company due to transparency issues. They flagged my account for what they deemed "unnatural activity," but they could not explain to me what this activity was or why their security flagged it. Additionally, due to this flagging, they would no longer allow me to receive my cashback electronically (through Paypal, for example) and would only send me paper checks. When I inquired about these problems, all they would tell me was that this problem happened and there was no way to ever resolve it. I had to either accept paper checks from them henceforth or no longer be a member. They stated that their terms and conditions covered this, but when I asked where the relevant passage in the T&C was, they ignored me. I couldn't find it. I complained about their lack of transparency and stated that I might have to look into whether or not this was a legal issue, and they promptly closed my account and will not respond other than to tell me that I have to write a letter to their legal department, at which point they'd get back to me within 30 days. So, I am left not knowing what this unnatural activity was or whether or not it poses a threat to my system. This company just isn't worth the headaches, especially when there are other companies out there doing the same thing. Additionally, they never claimed I violated their T&C. It's worth noting also that I had over $75 in payments pending, and I wouldn't be surprised if they tried to steal my money. You definitely should avoid this company at all costs. Sooner or later, they will do something. Edit: I expect that if CouponCabin replies they will say something like this, as they did on another review: "While we recognize that threats, intimidation and insults may be effective with other companies, they are not at all tolerated at CouponCabin and your account has been permanently closed." So, not only is this company deceptive, they out and out lie. At no point prior to my account being closed did I threaten, intimidate, or insult anyone or anything. Did I tell them that their lack of transparency was problematic enough that I was considering whether or not there should be a legal response, yes. Did I say that I would take legal action unless they did something, no I did not. This is a company that can not be trusted. Therefore, I have submitted complaints to the BBB in Indiana and Illinois, and I submitted complaints to the Attorney General's offices in Indiana and Illinois. I will also be submitting a complaint to the FTC whenever the government shutdown ends. Further, I will be contacting various representatives in the Indiana government (I am a resident of Indiana). Based on not only my experiences but those of others that I've read about, CouponCabin has a pattern of immediately closing the accounts of anyone who has a problem with them or their customer service. Clearly they are trying to silence people and hide their own deceptive practices. I will most certainly be filing a civil claim against them if I do not receive my pending money that I legitimately earned.

0 stars - I was lucky enough to score one of those lottery type $50 off $50 coupons from Sephora the first time I used their service, which got me pumped to try it out some more. Well, you can only get one of those types of coupons every 90 days. Fair enough. After the appropriate amount of time passed, I tried again and got another $50 off $50. I followed all the same directions as before (go directly to the retailers site, don't have anything in your shopping basket ahead of time, use before a certain number of hours) only my reward never showed up. After questioning where it was, coupon cabin said they saw where I was awarded the offer, and saw my proof of ordering, but because of an error on Sephora's end, they wouldn't be able to credit me. Shady, shady, shady. Then to top it all off, because I technically won the offer, I now had another 90 day block on my account which they couldn't remove. Shady, shady, shady. Do I think you only ever get one of those types of offers and then "something" happens so that you never get another one? I sure do. Have I used their service since? I sure haven't. EBates may pay less, but every time I've had a question about missing credit, I've received the credit immediately with no questions.

CouponCabin used to have a generous, fantastic rebate program if you played by the rules exactly, which I did. Apparently too well. Over the past year, they have continually lessened the number of offers I can use and the amounts I can earn in a given period of time. First it was four offers a month, then three, two and now only one. Originally you could earn unlimited cash back. Then it was $600 per 52-weeks, and now, only $300. They make changes without any notification or warning. And now, they have banned me from the site. Unless you have time to earn a few pennies on the dollar for your time, you're best avoiding this site.

So what happens when you visit a relative for the holidays with a coupon cabin account and you use their computer to login......EVERYONE gets banned forever and lose their cashback. Seriously? Looking at other reviews, this seems to happen by using the same Wifi network, or even when changing your device to a new one! I have never had this much trouble with other sites. Been using ebates, retailmenot, mrrebates, topcashback, etc for YEARSSSSSSSS and no trouble. These other sites typically have much better deals so I am wondering about the incentive to block people so easily. Not sure why coupon cabin feels the need to blow things completely out of proportion......oh wait, they KEEP your cashback. They are adept at finding ways to keep you from earning your cash back so they can keep the money you earned. SHADY Very quickly there will likely pop up, as you can see with every other review similar to mine, the same canned response from Coupon Cabin. Sad

I've been a CouponCabin member for more than one year, making them and me tons of money. I recently got a new wifi company and tried to log in to my account, USING THE SAME DEVICE AS ALWAYS, to make another purchase. I couldnt get in and then found out that it had been deactivated due to alleged "violations" that I did NOT commit. When trying to resolve what is obviously some kind of error by CouponCabin, Tyler Vice President of Customer Satisfaction responded to saying that I "severely violated" their terms and conditions. I said there must be some mistake. I explained I got new wifi never made multiple accounts or tried to cheat the system. I own 2 dogs thats my house hould and trust me they dont have accounts. I tried to say this over and over but they just lied and lied. Its obvious why.... I had $150 in money that was going to post 3 days from when they banned me. So here is what happened. They cancelled my account pocketed the money and got huge profits since the company already reimbursed them. The money didnt post until 4 months after my purchase, now I cannot return it and have scammed an innocent loyal customer who barely makes it by in life out of money. Now I have a nice blender and some blinds I CANNOT afford and took a huge loss. They refused to help me or explain what happened. They said they dont owe me any explanation and I forfeited all of my money once I did such severe violations (which of course I did not do) I informed the company that I plan to take civil action to recover my money, I will be in contact with their legal department and have since been reporting them on the Internet as scams since if you read though here, this is a common occurrence. I cannot even email them since they banned me then said we wont respond anymore this email is for customers only.

Coupon cabin deactivate my account and took my 50$ cash back claiming that I had violated the terms. This was not true. 5 days after placing my order, I went to my parent's house where they use coupon cabin and connected to the wifi but did not even visit coupon cabin. Their system flagged me as having multiple accounts even though I only have one and live by myself where I made the purchase. Customer service was rude and kept accusing me in a condescending tone saying that I was breaking the rules. They didn't listen and refused to do anything. They mis quoted their terms to make it sound like i violated them by logging into someone elses wifi when the terms clearly said a violation would be if we both logged i to coupon cabin on the same wifi in the same day which we did not do. After tekling them this, they said they would not help me anymore and that i can contact them in writing if i want. I didn't even get a courtesy notice that my account was deactivated. I'm lucky I checked on my cash back and found out while I can still return what I bought. Coupon cabin is a slimy buisness. Everyone I have talked to has been rude and they are all titled "VP of customer service". Don't ever do business with them. Stick with Ebates.

I am a college student visiting my mom for a few weeks this summer. My mom uses CouponCabin regularly and was telling me how great it was, so while I was visiting her I made an account- please note that I am an adult and live in an entirely different state than my mother, let alone household, and I used my own email/ planned on making purchases using my own credit card, etc. so it truly was a separate account. After "winning" one of their scam deals of $150 cash back when you spend $150 at Amazon, my account was indeed credited shortly before being DELETED and BANNED from the site. I am unable to get the $150 out, and ended up spending $165 on my purchase on Amazon, thinking I would get the cash back. After my mother and I both emailed their so called "customer service" representatives, she received nasty, rude replies that basically accused us both of being criminals, while I received confusing, automated replies that did not answer my question as to why we got banned, aside from the fact that we used multiple accounts on the same wireless network/IP address. I am angry at how this company treated my mother and myself (deleting and blocking both of our accounts) and hope that others do not fall victim to this same scam. Lesson learned: if it seems too good to be true, it probably is. This must be how they make their money- by getting the commission on deals they never intend to pay out, and cashing out accounts they permanently close. Makes so much more sense now.

Don't EVER complain. CouponCabin sent ME a request to write a review of my interaction with their customer service on 2 other sites and I did. They were not positive. They were not vulgar or lies, just the truth in how they treated me (they threatened to close my account if I asked them to look into why I was not earning my cashback - it was because THEIR site had an issue). Next time I logged in to CouponCabin, my account was terminated due to "severely violating the terms and conditions for CouponCabin’s Cash Back program". I asked for an example but all l got was a canned response that you can find on the internet that other people received. I can't access my account so I have no idea how much money they owe me. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and have contacted a class-action attorney, as this is common practice of CouponCabin. Use Ebates or any other site. They have decent customer service and won't terminate your account if you ask where you cash is.

Extremely poor customer service. They don't even have a phone # to speak with a live person. I contacted them due to cashback I never received. They were very unhelpful and insisted on attempting to make me feel bad for their company. I've never use this sympathy tactic. Here is an example below word for word. "Please know that we're on your side here as we, too, lost our commission on this order and will not be getting paid." "Please know being the source of your frustration is equally no fun for us." Ultimately all they did was close my account, which they were not authorized to do. They have terms for closing people's accounts, and being annoyed with an unhappy customer is not on their list. Stay away, these people suck.

Shady. 2 of my last 3 purchases that should have had cash back, I get the email that after contacting the company, it was found that another company received the credit for my purchase and they did not receive a commission, so therefore I would not. One of mine was going to be about $50, and so they give me a courtesy credit of $5. They say they can't be told who received the credit because of privacy laws. When I told them that I would be able to be told who received the commission because I made the purchase, they won't share the contacts with me to find out. So all the consumer has to go on is their word that they didn't receive the commission. And since 2 of my last 3 that would have been over $10, I received that generic email of someone else got credit, I have a feeling that they do this a lot on the larger cash back purchases. I also am pretty sure about it because when I put in to their site that I didn't receive the cash back for this purchase, I will get a response within 10 minutes that someone else received the credit. Usually a quick response is a good thing, but I have a hard time believing that I can put in my claim of not receiving cash back, and within 10 minutes somebody at couponcabin has already read my claim and looked at my copy and pasted email, contacted the other company that I made the purchase at, and got a response from them that the credit went somewhere else, and then responded to me.

Couponcabin is the WORST!!! You actually spend more time trying to get the dollars back than it's worth. Customer Service is horrible. Coupons that then don't give you cash back and could just get directly from the companies. Constant adverts of $x back for spending $x for the first 15 who claimed it. I have literally clicked the link the second it was available and every time get response all offers already claimed. Once I had to send 8 emails to get credit for an order that fully fulfilled all process requirements. I actually prefer ebates and only use couponcabin now if ebates doesn't have the merchant.

I used them for years. After a year I noticed a lot of my credits didn't get verified so I lost a few hundred dollars that way. The scam happened when I went through them for my sandals purchase and should have seen $199.55 from CouponCabin into my account. I followed their instructions and just to make sure I emailed them right after the order to verify they got it. They sent back their procedure about credit coming back after the trip, etc. I contacted them after the trip and was informed I did not get the credit. What??? That is $199.55 due to me. I sent them screenshots and after 18 emails of different individuals responding with no solution or offer of assistance to myself or to contact sandals they kicked me off the site as I said I would tell my true story to everyone I knew and would review this truth. They scammed me I am 100% sure and kept the money. There is no other plausible option. Do not trust them!!!! Switch to ebates as I have done. Do not listen to the positive reviews, this company will not help you at all.

A LOT of rules and sometimes you have to dig to find it when you don’t get your cash back. It’s too easy for a new person to make a mistake and not get cash back. Their customer service is rude, and often don’t even answer your question. Sometimes with the special members only coupons you don’t find out the rules for using it until you’ve already clicked it. Then it’s too late and you’ve lost one of your “special” coupons. Recently, they were giving a 20% bonus if you selected an Amazon card as payment. I had over $100 coming so so I switched, THEN they changed my cash back date from 2/7 to 3/2! So I wouldn’t get the 20% bonus. I emailed and asked about it, I happened to have a screen shot as proof, and customer service basically threatened to shut down my account. I’m so upset with everything I won’t use them anymore, and I’ve been a customer for over 3 years.

Coupon Cabin sounds great upon first glance, but BEWARE! Their customer service is horrible and they promise deals that are too good to be true! I participated in some Member's Only deals and after being taken advantage of on several, I asked the company for assistance in receiving help. I eventually ended up asking that they close my account, and then I discovered that they blocked my entire computer from even entering their site to use coupons, etc. I can't even access the site. I emailed customer service asking that they remove the block, so I could access coupons, etc. and they responded that once an account is closed, they block my entire IP Address permanently with no exceptions. I was shocked by their practices and blunt customer service. I did not ever have any luck with this site and would not advise it to anyone. Ebates has much better stand up customer service and offers that will come through for the user!

I used coupon cabin for the first time on February 10, 2017. I purchased a camera and lens thru Adorama. I reported a missing transaction a couple weeks later stating I was supposed to get 1.5% cash back. Weeks would pass and they would email me updates saying they would try to resolve the transaction issue. They told me to contact the company I made the purchase from. Adorama emailed me back and said they have no affiliation with coupon cabin. Coupon cabin then responded and said they have a "marketing" relationship with Adorama but not customer service. After almost 60 days passed I reported them to the BBB. Originally they told me transactions disputes clear within 30-60 days. Coupon Cabin had closed my account because I wrote that they are deceptive and a scam which they took as a so called "threat". Afterwards they told me it may take up to 90 days for the disputed missing transaction to post. They had made no attempt to contact the company Adorama whom I bought from. I'm waiting to hear back from the BBB in the mean time. Stay away from this company!!!

I had a similar experience as the some other users. Cut off for supposedly not following their guidelines!?!?! This was conveniently after I made a purchase clicking through their app. I also never received the first check I was entitled to. It was supposed to be paid on Feb 21. If you read the five star reviews you can tell they are scripted. No one really talks like that and mentions the name in the text! Come on!!! Don’t fall for this like I did.

I hate this company. I earned over $800 and now, for no reason at all, they have sent me an email saying that they are dumping me. They haven't given me any reason. I'm a 68 year old woman and I can't imagine why they don't like me. Crazy. Yesterday they sent me an email asking me for a copy of my driver's license. I sent it to them as requested and the response was they I may no longer use their service. Skip this. There are other companies that are much more reliable.

They think they're UNTOUCHABLE PEOPLE! Sorry there's MILLIONS OF CASHBACK SITES AND THEY PROVIDE BETTER COMISSION THAN YOUR COMPANY! Respect your customers who makes you made the money! Without US you will never pay your expenses as well as your staff salaries!

WON A $75.00 off $75.00 purchased with HOME DEPOT. Placed an order totaling just over $75.00 without tax/shipping. When hit submit order Home Depot Discounted one Item just over 2.00 which brought my purchase below $75.00 and now Coupon Cabin is stating there is nothing they can do so I lost my coupon and have to wait another 30 days to start trying again. Their response was I needed to read the fine print that says order over $75.00. REALLY - Ebates and RetailMeNot are much easier to work with

It's a great website to save you money. I had been a CouponCabin member for a few months. I like it until my daughter came to visit me. I told my her how good CouponCabin was. She opened an account and used CouponCabin website using my home wi-fi. We used same network claimed member only coupons. The system did not stop us. What happened next is both accounts got permanently closed without warning. People always share wi-fi, at home, at Starbucks, or library. Why two persons can not use the same network to access CouponCabin???

I had good luck with them until I questioned them about a coupon. As soon as I didn't agree with them they got very rude and said maybe it was best I didn't use their site. I told them I didn't want that but didn't agree on this matter. I left a bad rating and was immediately removed. Do as they say when they say. Don't ask questions or disagree and everything will be fine. ?? Unusual customer service.

Didn't receive cash back for the very first purchase I made after joining. There was no doubt I used their link to get to the store because the clicks were shown right there in my coupon cabin account. This was several months ago and I keep getting the same automated message saying they're working on it. Use eBates instead...there customer service is wonderful.

Lately they just have been giving a hard time last few months I will forward the email with the price and date and all the info they need and they still give me a hard time saying that’s not enough information just to give me $2 cash back what a joke and I will stop using their site

Scammer - they suddenly want personal information such as driver's license, passport and any other documents like immigration forms in addition to utility bills. This is ridiculous! Why would a coupon site want such information for other than stealing or selling our identities?

Fine until you have an issue. Once you do the customer service is the worst I've ever experienced and if you challenge them, they will close your account. Write a BBB review, they will close your account within 5 minutes. Anything to take responsibility. No way to speak by phone, they hide behind email to avoid paying you.

they deactivated my account and claimed I tried making multiple accounts after I made a purchase of $65 with my "claimed" Cashback of $50 .... I contacted customer service and keep repeating the same thing, not telling me how, why. when, just keep repeating you violated our terms...thanks for nothing.....

It's all a scam. I won a $50 back at Home Depot, spent $150, followed every rule they have and they didn't pay because they said it was Home Depot's fault. Sure it was. It's just all a scam. If you don't want any money back when you're promised it then by all means use it, but if you like keeping your money stay away from coupon cabin.

Doesn’t pay cashback reliably in the slightest. Blames missing cashback on the merchant, saying “well we didn’t get paid either.” That’s not your customers’ problem. Fix your technical issues and honor what you promise.

This company looks for ways to close your account so it doesn't have to pay earnings. It asserts a violation of the terms and conditions with no specificity. Then doesn't even give you a chance to respond. It simply steals your earnings and refuses to pay

Coupon Cabin is a scam! They do not deliver. I don't think Customer Service knows about the 100% Guarantee. Choose Groupon...they deliver on their promises and no, they are not giving me commission to say this. I just want to spare other people the disappointment when they get nothing back from Coupon Cabin!

Customer service was abysmal - gave wrong information and were really unkind. Never addressed my question, repeated the same irrelevant information and then just started telling me I was wrong. Not worth it.

Had dealings with employee Richard Rodriguez. Mr. Rodriguez was very uncommunicative. Would not respond to inquiries requesting additional information. Very disappointed in his behavior.

There is no 100% with this, many excuses as to why customers are not receiving cash backs as promised. This site is a scam.
