Worst cruise experience ever on MSC Proecia. While the ship was clean and nice, the food was awful. So bad that I put the matre' D's face in my rotten shrimp cocktail. The experience was really miserable. I wrote the president of the company and told him about our experience, and would not take a free cruise if they offered it to me. Just awful!

Crew was not caring enough a person fell on our cruise and a crew member walked right pass her on the floor. did not cater to the US people on board didn't have football on Sundays had to watch soccer in the sports bar. Ship was very nice just wish the crew was the same

called emailed about our not being able to have our dinner hour changed when we had it on boarding list and the mistake we MSC not ours. Out time was not pleasant for us.Never received a reply back or apology from MSC very rude staff and ship over all.

Went to spain,rome etc. It was nice. But we just went on a boat that everything is forgien talking. All shows, etc. So next time it will be with the america version.

poor design ,captain seemed to be in a hurry ,boat swayed to much, poor communications,crew members not as friendly as other cruise lines , crew could barely speak English, food O K but nothing fantastic,menu didn't have enough choices will not be back

As a travel agent, I can report that I will NEVER book MSC again! They were miserable to deal with, and no one seemed to know what they were doing. In addition, they cheated me out of all of my commissions. They are the very worst cruise line in the world!

Absolutely beautiful boat. First class! The food had more of a European feel to it which wasn't my favorite, but the accommodations and staff were awesome.

My husband and I went on a Bahama cruise with MSC Cruises. The food and nighttime entertainment were mediocre compared to other cruise lines. The customer service was exceptional, but our over all experience was 3-star.

The cruise Divina is the worst experience we had on a cruise line, food was the worst, customer service need a lot of training, we pay for balcony view and we had a crane view. MSC never again.

Staff not very helpful, Smoking area near children's. No good area designated for children. Kids in the adult club with no supervision. Price is good but I will think 4 times before going on another MSC Cruise.

Nickle & dimed the whole cruise!!! Had to pay for water at dinner table!!!! Even shuttles cost extra at ports! Buffet area was so congested all the time - no one directing flow. Never again!!!

MSC cruises is fine, but you don’t get the same experience as other cruise lines. The nighttime entertainment was mediocre and my husband got sick eating the food.
