Not pleased… My score has gone up 9 points in 90 days. Not sure if that’s great, or not so great… I’ve also yet to get a phone call from my advisory team, helping me along the way. Upset to say the least!

Functions on website don’t work or simply aren’t there as they claim they should be. Power holds every time you call. Talk to one rep just to be transferred to another power hold while waiting on another rep that operates at a glacial pace. Should have just saved myself over $600 and done the work myself. Not worth it.

Services were great at first. I saw a very good change at first in my credit. Then it slowly started to come to an end. I got a million excuses as to why. It served its purpose.
