Lowered my credit limot without warning and never missing a payment. They cut my credit limit by more than half which shocked me because all my other creditors were raising my limit.

Cancelled the card, 3 months later get a bill from them that they charged my amazon prime membership to the card 2 months after i cancelled. They refused to remove the charge, i refused to pay. They reported it to the credit bureau. Took 6 months to get it off my credit report even after they admitted they screwed up!
