After making one purchase with a gift card, the site declines my non-expired credit card/PayPal/etc and I can't use the remainder of the card either (almost $100). So basically they've stolen $100 from the gift giver and myself.

I was going to purchase my first LV bag which was going to be preloved and I bought it right? but the next day it says they canceled my order. Why? I have the funds . So I called and they said try again so when I was going to repurchase it... instantly it went to SOLD" HOW? They seem to be sketchy and fraudulent. I am so upset.

I place an order R702837264 for a pair of isabel marant dicker boots size 36 france. They send me a cheaper price, dirty and a different size boots. I returned them 1Z2X812F8795012865 They issue a $13 refund. I pay $154 for the boots. I am still waiting for my refund. What is wrong with this company!

Sends damaged items then gives you pnly half of what you laid in credit then bans your account so you cant use your refund! This is fraud! Hasn't relplied to bbb complaint after 17 days because they know there is no defense for this illegality. Stay away from them!

I purchased three pair of shoes, two of which i had to return due to them not fitting. Both shoes resold on their site. They gave me a commission of less than 25% of what i paid. Feels like this company is scam. They are making commission on two sells of the same item. I dont recommend doing business with them.

Very disappointed with the items arrived. Description of the products did not equate to an actual condition state of the item, which totally was falsified, untrue and mislead me. Because of this, I lost money. Terrible! Suggestion: please verify the quality before you state “great condition” FRAUD!

Consignment relations are non-existent. I refused a price drop in writing, was assured my item would be returned. Item was sold at lower price and cannot get a response from anyone.

Met with rep, sent over all best pieces, got no notice when listings went up, and 2 items sold immediately. Checked the price - was set at a fraction of exact same item currently for sale elsewhere and of the exact item sold on RR. Wrote a complaint and never even received answer.

Customer Service is a nightmare. I sent in items two weeks ago to sell and still cannot get them to confirm they were received. The luxury manager doesn't get back to me. I'm not consigning here ever again. I had a big box of more items to send them, but I'm going to use Vestiaire Collective instead.

There are lots of choices and some great offerings at RealReal. Their sales are pretty good. Their customer service is really lousy and they seem to want to hunt for exuses not to help you or find technicalities in why they can't give you the promotions that they tried so hard to promote.

Bought 2 bags. Both are crap, seriously. Spent $4000. I've returned on because it was so bad that I suspect it's a fake. The other, upon close inspection was ripped on the inside. WTF.

Once you place an order, they make it impossible to change it or cancel it. Virtually no customer service. They list a phone which is not answered. Their practices are very deceptive. Not worth it in my opinion.

Took my items. Sold one 2k item for $20 and won’t respond to me. Keeping over 10 items they said they won’t list but aren’t returning. Emailed over 20x with no response in months. BEWARE!!

They are a total RIP off. All my items I consigned With them were new & authentic. they sold my stuff for very very below the actual price & took Such a big chunk for commission. Not worth it to consign with them.

I just purchased a Fendi belt which is clearly fake. Their authentication process is obviously flawed, if it exists at all. DO NOT BUY anything you are not prepared to lose your money on. They are deserving of ZERO STARS

Just bought three designer purses, and one is definitely a fake. Their authentication process is a joke, after doing more research, they have tons of fakes on their site. Do not shop here and make an expensive regret.

Buyer Beware If you can authenticate the items you purchase (which is suppose to be what they’re “experts” do ) you can find some deals

It may be good for shoppers, but do not bother consigning there. It would be better just to donate your stuff.
