Ross is a great place to find unique items without hitting 4 different stores. You have to dig a little and know your style to yield the best results. Going on weekends can be a little crazy.

Whenever I am needing new shoes I always go look at Ross first. Most of the time I am able to find 3-4 pairs less then $15 and they will last for a few months! Best place to get cute cheap shoes

It’s always a hit or miss at Ross. Sometimes you can find a few cute things but it’s not that often. They usually do have cute shoes but not much clothing wise. The price is always really cheap, but the clothing quality isn’t always the best.

I used to buy from Ross quite often, but in the past year or two the quality of the clothing has not been as great. I find a good deal less often than I once did. You have to sift through the clothes to find anything really worth buying.

I think that Ross is way too overpriced for the poor quality clothes. Their clothes are not in style and they do not fit the wants for the people in these days. And every time I go to Ross I never find something that satisfies my needs.

Not all stores are created equal. The one I shop at has a terrible selection and a mess. The larger cities have better selections in their store. I do love it when they say, "Welcome to Ross" but then don't look at you haha.

Ordering from Ross online can be a little tricky. Their clothing isn't as good as it used to be, so what may look good online isn't as great when you get it in the mail. I always used to frequent Ross but now every time I visit, they never have very good quality clothes. The website is a little confusing and their customer service was very rude and inconsiderate. I will probably never shop here again.
