Kohl's

I wouldn’t Evan give them a star. I placed an order on line Dec 26. Received confirmation the order had been delivered. I had not received the order and I noticed in confirmation order was delivered to a differant zip code. I called Kohl’s 866-877-8884 spoke to a Kendra. Worse service she told me to contact ups and have them delivered it to my address. We went back and fourth I asked to verify my address on file, she stated she couldn’t, I should know the address on file. She stated there’s nothing she can do. I’m furious. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT KHOLS AGAIN! I had to call my bank and dispute the charge of 82.50

I ordered something online. I always order online because I am disabled. The item was shipped to me damaged. Let there be no mistake, despite all their grandstanding, Kohl's DOES NOT have a "Hassle-Free" return policy. Their return policy is nothing BUT hassle. First, they ship NO return sticker with their items as do stores like Amazon and Wayfair. To get return something damaged you have to call them. And wait. And wait. And wait. And while you wait they constantly play a recording telling you that you called during a busy time and that you should call back when it isn't so busy. REALLY? So it is MY fault that you don't have enough staff to handle the myriad of calls you get from pissed-off people like me who are angry they even had to call you in the first place? PUT A RETURN STICKER IN WITH YOUR SHIPMENTS AND YOU WON'T GET ALL THESE CALLS. Also, YOU have to pay to ship returns. INFURIATING! I will never, ever purchase from Kohl's again. "Hassle-free returns"...WHAT A LOAD OF CRAP.

I ordered an item that never arrived. Kohls.com claimed they issued another item, free of charge, but then the wrong item arrives. Not only was it the wrong item, but it's SKU number matched the SKU number of the correct item. Someone is putting the wrong labels on the wrong items! Nice to know I won't be the only unhappy customer. AGAIN. Now I am being told I need to return the item, pay to return the item, call to check to see when the return is processed, and then request the correct item. Why would I do all that when I can just go to AMAZON.COM and get the correct item the first time. Why wait for the third time and be out of time, patience, and shipping fees? I have NEVER had a decent experience with Kohls.com. I waited a couple of years in between mishaps to see if service would change, it has not. Good riddance :)

The center put in a bogus email after having issues with an orders billing address and because of that I got charged and never got my official order number. When I called to get the status of the chairs/make sure everything went through I explained the situation, then had to speak to a manager, and THEN after all that, they said that they couldn't look it up and hung up on me mid sentence. Piss. Poor. Customer. Service. Now I'm out $500 with no idea if I'll actually get these chairs and no way of getting my kohls cash. I don't know where people get off on not doing their jobs or treating people like crap, but I'll never shop from them again because of these two's actions and I for sure won't be recommending them to anybody.

Kohl's has more expensive clothes than I normally like to buy, but I do love to shop at their workout department. They have a lot of different work out clothes. I really appreciate that they have modest clothes and am willing to pay a little more for that along with the quality.

I used to shop in Kohls. The last few times I visited I left with nothing. Apparently all plus size ladies like frumpy ugly dark cheap looking clothing. I won't be shopping there any longer. I closed out my credit card for this store because I obviously have to buy clothing somewhere but I have standards that I won't buy things because that's all they have to offer. I won't purchase clothing unless I like it. I will find things elsewhere.

I really like shopping at Kohls! There are great deals going on throughout the year. Employees are knowledgable of coupons to help you get additional deals.

Beware of money with this company!!!! I ordered $117.28 some pick up and some delivered. (This became the worst mistake and realized how corrupt this company is) Right after making my purchase I checked my bank account to see what my new balance was. I had approx. $83 and change. Later on in the morning, I received a text from my bank giving me my balance. My balance was not close to the $83. So I logged in to find out that there was another charge from Kohls for $53.13 (Not authorized). I called Kohls right away to find out what was happening, did someone steal my card info and try to order from there too? Close, the company itself stole the money. They are also trying to say it’s not them it’s the bank that is charging it. (the bank won’t just hold/pend something unless the company tells them to, as if there was a purchase). Kohls also said that they would hold that money till I go in and pick up my items. The amount of my purchases being picked up was not even close to the $53.13, (so where they got that number I am not sure); But that $53.13 was because I made the choice to pick up some items. I picked up my items asap so I could get my money back. It did go back the $53.13 BUT they split up my transaction; pickups, delivery -- Making 2 transactions $46.66 and $64.15 = $110.81, the difference I am to assume is 1 from the ship to store item, which was approx. $7. That amount has yet to hit my account for a hard post and is not pending either, but its available for pick up. The company is fully aware of the fraud that they are doing, and the only reason they probably aren’t getting in trouble is because the non-authorized amounts never hard post to the account and it’s hard to file fraud or push more when something just pends. This type of fraud can screw someone up really bad, and there is no one to help them if this company takes everything they have and then some. They won’t pay for overdraft fees, or late payment fees of bills you have to pay; if they hold your money till you get the items from the store. Don’t get yourself screwed over by shopping with Kohls because . I am a more fortunate one that they didn't pull more money than authorized then they did for some people.

Kohl’s is a great place to shop, as long as you don’t have any issues that need to be addressed. I had a package that did not get delivered to my address and it was a nightmare. After several calls into customer service, unkept promises and hours on the phone, I finally gave up trying to get my issue resolved.

I Enjoy shopping at Kohls. Prices are always reasonable and clothing is of great quality. Customer service is always quick, efficient and easy to converse with if necessary.

I'm a big fan of Kohl's online. They have a wonderful return policy and since I'm an online clothing shopper, I like their website and the ability to see which stores certain clothing is at.

Kohl's is a bit of a racket: It conveys the appearance of a budget store like T.J. Maxx, and yet it has the opposite business strategy: Take cheap items and sell them massively overpriced. This is obscured by the fact that Kohl's cash and rewards are handed out liberally, but I feel that it's not really worth the effort of trying to work the system to gain what seems like middling savings. Not all of their items are cheap, however, and some are of great style and quality. However, this isn't enough to make it stand out as a store to shop in over a mall or outlet.

Kohl's is a pretty good clothing store but I am confident I would enjoy it a lot better if the layout was way more organized. It honestly doesn't make any sense the way the have everything set up. Also, the check out line is always ridiculous!

I really like Kohl's. There is such a huge variety of things to get there and everything is really good quality. I also really like their Kohl's cash thing they do, it makes me always going back because i have to spend it.

I try to avoid Kohl's as much as possible unless I'm desperate (dress to match wedding colors). Not great quality products - not even impressed with Vera Wang's line. Shoes aren't good quality and look very generic with original price tags that resemble high quality, name brand shoes. Granted, they are always on sale but it's not an honest price, like they mark them up to trick the customer in thinking they're getting a good deal. I'm sure this is a common practice, but Kohl's seems to stretch it a bit. Only good thing is that you can get decent workout gear for cheap.

I think Kohl's is very messy. All their clothes are thrown everywhere, and it is at all stores in my area, not just one. They don't have great quality either. Their merchandise is mediocre. They do have great incentives and sales though, which keeps me shopping there.

Kohls is one of my favorite stores to shop. I feel like you have a great selection and you get quality clothes that last. I also love the no hassle returns. They always have great sales and coupons to help save money.

I love shopping the sales and clearance racks. I find many great bargains which I can enhance by using per cent off coupons. They are wonderful to buy from and on the rare occasion I need to exchange or return something, they are very easy to work with.

Shopping Kohls online is so easy, and I love that you get Kohls cash shopping online too. The best part is that if you need to return anything you can return it in-store, which are basically everwhere.

I'm a huge fan of Kohl's when it comes to shopping for clothes. I can bounce between the juniors section and women's. It's trendy, and I think the quality is fairly decent. Plus, who doesn't love Kohl's cash!?

I have a Kohl’s card so I get free shipping once a month which I like. I also like that I can use Kohl’s cash on anything including Nike, Under Armour, etc. I don’t like that I feel like all their prices are super inflated. Often times I order online and more than once my order has been wrong and when I call the item I wanted is gone and they don’t do anything about it which is frustrating. They could at least offer a replacement or a coupon or something.

I have been shopping at Kohls for probably 20 years. Their stores are always a delight to visit, being clean and well organized. Usually I am able to find some clothing or houseware items that I want. I love their sales and their coupons, and their cashback programs. If you combine all that, you can usually get a great deal.

Shipping can take some time and be expensive if you dont reach a certain threshold. However, I can usually find a good coupon code to bring the prices down, which is great. There is a huge selection of products to choose form and I can usually get some Kohls cash as well, which is a plus.

Kohls has the latest styles my kids are thrilled with. Everything I buy they love and that helps reduce stress at school time.

I always go to Kohls when I'm looking for a last minute outfit. They always have my size and the quality of the clothes and shoes top tier.
