Have great ideas and options for crafts and fun things cannot find anywhere else, but the cost is pretty high and shipping is not always the best time frame. I do share with friends this site but preface with a warning of cost and shipping.

There are some great finds on Etsy. Very unique and custom gifts. The search feature needs some improvement. Try a variety of search terms if you can't find what you are looking for the first time.

Ok, I've been waiting a long time to be able to give a review of etsy. I ordered a ring ($100) for my daughter in September of 2018. I even paid more for an inscription. I waited a month and didn't receive the ring so I contacted the vendor, who is in India. Yeah, I probably should have checked that before I purchased the ring. He said he sent it and there was nothing he could do. I contacted our local post office and they said they had not received anything at the post office from India all year. I opened a claim with etsy and nothing has ever been done about it. I am very disappointed in etsy and refuse to do business with them again.

Etsy was such a disappointment, I loved them at first and was using them a lot when I was planning my wedding. I ordered robes for my bridesmaids and the seller took my money and it went downhill from there. I followed up many times and she always had an excuse and would push the delivery date. After at least 5+ emails, the seller ghosted and never responded again. I tried to go through Etsy to get my money back and even sent them proof of all my emails to the seller. After a month of nothing from Etsy, I went to my credit card company and got my money back that day. Next thing I know MY account was suspended...ummm why? They told me I had to call my credit card company and give them the money back before they would unsuspend my account. So let me get this straight...YOUR seller steals my money and provides no product and ghosts me so I give you the chance to make it right and you dont, so MY account gets suspended for taking further actions...yea, that makes sense. Worst part, the suspended my,now, husband's account too because we had the same shipping address. Drastic measures for a company who was completely in the wrong the entire time. They are the worst! Buyer Beware, don't ever try to get your money back when products aren't delivered or else they will suspend your account!

Quite an interesting site. Love there return policy if anyone miss advertised they go to bat for the customer however I wish that some vendors would not be able to list things that they can’t follow through on.
