Zipcar of Baltimore is the worst.... the cars are filthy inside and out they will literally charge you a few to clean their car WTH😡 they add all kinds of ridiculous charges to your credit card ugh don’t bother

Unreliable. Poor customer service. If you need your car to be there when you want it, don't use Zipcar. I found that using Lyft/Uber, or simply renting a car for the day, is the cheaper way to go and much more dependable.

My first experience, the car had a broken windshield wiper and the knob with the controls fell off. The inside of the car smelled musty and the seats were stained. However, ti was easy to apply and find an available car.

Zipcar is great. It is very convenient for a college student on the go. You can use this service instead of uber/lyft for a set price per hour.

Absolutely aweful. Car relies on wifi or cell phone signal. If you get out of service the car locks and strands you. The zipcard is useless

Not a lot to like about my experience. From the time I enrolled until the end, it was nothing but problems. I was never able to reserve a car. The company cancelled my membership, did not notify me of the cancellation and was unable to provide a reason for it. My payment was not refunded until I requested a refund. I asked if all this was normal and was told that I ought to have been notified of a cancellation but in any case to get a refund I needed to call. Spent over 45 minutes on the phone with CSRs, including 2 who hung up on me inadvertantly before the refund happened. Absurd. Still no reason provided for the account cancellation.
