I financed my vehicle in May 2020 through Ally. Made my online payments 100 percent on time, never had a single issue. Paid off my vehicle June 2021. It took two weeks (with pandemic I wasn't worried) but Ally sent me my title and now I'm on my way to registering my vehicle in my name. I worried about all these negative reviews but I seriously had zero issues with Ally, so there is hope if you're reading through all the negatives worrying like I was!

They are always polite on the phone, and easy to deal with. If you don't want to call, their website is easy to navigate, and works well to pay your bill, or set up auto pay. They have competitive interest rates and try to help their customers save as much money as possible. I have never had any problems with this company.
