I have had numerous Toyota vehicles. They are well built and last forever. I get a very comfortable ride with my Highlander. As far as improvement-- I would like better gas mileage with my vehicle.

Excellent quality at a reasonable price. Reliability. Great resale value. The Camry "fits me." I am short and can easily see over the dash, which is not the case in many other vehicles.

Poor customer service. The service writers act as if you owe them something and its a problem to service only the basic kn hour car. I purchased the extended coverage at time of sell which i was told would even cover my lost keys bjt didnt receive paperwork as who to call with a number on it, just a brochure. I lost my key and nobody can help me. The salesman lied from the beginning of the sell. This is the worst experience ever. The 45k+ car has wind noise and other issues but its all normal after a few miles. Thats absurd.

Customer service/service, the sales reps go above and beyond to make sure customers have a good car buying experience. The service department reps do a great job in explaining what needs to be done on your car with lots of patience

Owned numerous Toyotas in various models. Extremely reliable, well-made, and hold their value well. The newest models (2016-present) have HORRIBLE voice recognition and navigation software - highly unusual for Toyota.

Love the ride, and almost everything about it. I wish they would improve the housing for the controls on driver's seat, and the way the front fenders ffit. They pull off when curbing is too high. Also, the small grills close to the front bumper were lost or gone soon after buying the Sienna.

I have owned many Toyota's over the years. Their build quality is sufficient and their reliability is outstanding. The internal and external designs have seemed to go downhill over the years though, which is sad. They are definitely unique-looking now.

We are definitely a Toyota family. We currently have 5 Toyota vehicles. Our 2006 Sequoia has over 220k miles and is still one of the favorite rides in the family. We drive it hard with many ski trips in winter and hiking in summer. Very minimal repair work on our vehicles.

2 out of 3 of the last cars I drove were Toyotas and I just say that these cars are definitely worth the money. They’re always reliable and they provide a smooth drive every time no matter the model. They’re also more economically efficient than most other cars on the road and I love that about them.

Toyota never die. At least it sure seems like it. We still have the car we bought when we were first married. It has over 250,000 miles and still going strong. We use it for getting around town. With regular care and maintenance, we expect to get 300,000 miles out of our car. Not bad at all This is a well made car.

Our Toyota has lived up to its reputation of reliability: it just hardly ever needs repairs. Our Corolla is 15 years old. My mom bought it used and drove it for many years and now my daughter drives it. I take a lot of comfort in being able to trust that it's not going to break down on her.

Toyota is a great company that makes cars that can last for a very long time and get good gas mileage. There are many makes to chose from and their manual cars are also good, however, shifting is not as smooth as in other types of cars.

Toyota is our go to when we need to purchase a new or used vehicle. My husband bought his first Toyota (Celica) when he was 18 and he drove it for 20 years before giving it to a cousin who drove it another 5 years! We now have a Land Cruiser that has nearly 250,000 miles on it.

We have owned two toyota's. The first was for 17 years and our second one is on year 4. The durability and reliability of this brand is unmatched in the market. In addition, if you did want to skip out and sell it before the life of the SUV was over, they hold very high resale value.

I owned a 2007 Toyota Camry for 9 years and the only parts that ever broke or were worn out was the water pump, rear wheel bearings, and timing belt. Everything else was perfect and could have gone for many more years. The only reason that I don't own it anymore is because it was totaled by a vehicle who was being chased by the police.

Toyota had a problem with super white and pearl white paint chipping off. I’m happy to report they’re fixing it. I’ve owned 4 Toyota Camry’s. My current Camry has very uncomfortable seats, with cheap upholstery making it hard to clean. I don’t recommend buying the 2014. My 2020 Toyota Camry car has comfortable seats, easy to clean upholstery.
