The brand is great...the Truck looks tough and has the options I wanted. The dealer was good but their customer service via phone was terrible. Some times no ones would pick up or worse they send you to voice mail when you are calling the Service Dept.

I have owned three Ram trucks in the last 7 years. I had to get rid of a 2009 1500 due to a wiring issue that drains the battery. I loved this truck and it had a lifetime power train warranty. It was towed to Dodge 4 times in a year for a dead battery. I got 4 new batteries and 4 sound systems. I found Dodge would take in my truck unlimited times looking for the issue and never did find it. The life time warranty is useless due to Ram could not locate the issue. So this means the warranty covers me to drop it off and they tell me they can not find the issue but were not willing to transfer the warranty to an new vehicle. Dodge should have given me a steep discount on a new vehicle due to I had a lemon they could not fix.

Our Ram truck is amazing. It even gets good gas mileage. We appreciate the fact that we can haul anything in it and it cleans up easily. We even loan it to our son when he needs to haul things and don’t worry about it having any problems while he has it.

My last 3 trucks have Ram’s. I don’t think I’ll ever go with another Truck. They are total package. I usually buy the Laramie package. It has everything power to pull and tow as well as the luxury to go with it.

Growing up my dad has always had a Ram, and I've always thought it his trucks were the shiniest and newest toys. I've always felt extremely safe, and that the brand was more upscale than other truck brands.
