I drove a 2006 Honda Oddessy for 9 years and loved it for most of the time we had it. We did have to replace the transmission two years ago (2018) and were told that many of the 06 and 07 oddessy's had transmission problems.

Parts are cheap to fix on the cars, and the vehicles usually have good gas millage. I will say they do seem to have a fair share of car parts needing to be replaced often, but overall we will still drive Honda in our house.

Most people have great luck with Honda but the two Honda’s I owned were lemons. One needed the transmission replaced several times the other had an issue with the front steering rack months after purchase.
