They have always kept their cars at a high standard. I have owned many of them including now an SRX, an ELR and an Eldorado. My SRX has 200,000 miles on the original engine. They have great service at the dealers and parts are easy to find.

We just sold our cadillac escalade and I'm so sad. It was such a great car! We never had any problems with it. I will say the only thing I didn't like about it was the gas mileage. Overall though I think cadillac is a great brand!

I owned my Cadillac Escalade for five years and was the second owner to that vehicle. I love that car, it was a great car. The power behind the engine was awesome and doesn’t even compare to the engine power of my Chevy suburban which I own now. If I could go back I would buy a Cadillac Escalade in a heartbeat.

We owned an STX at one time. Loved the angular lines of the body. It had the turbo engine and all wheel drive. Loved those options. Didn’t care for the leather seats though. The needed to be a little bit more cushiony. Overall we loved the car.

The best thing about the Cadillac brand is their leather seats. They are really comfortable and attractive. We owned one for awhile and didn't have any problems with it, but my father-in-law owned one too and he found that the repairs were costly.

I would definitely have to say that Cadillac is very legitimate and their product vehicles are high-quality as well. I must say getting repairs on the Cadillac can be seemingly incredibly difficult.

You are treated like royalty in their dealerships but if you have a major issue their main plant does not offer help and any and all repairs are very overpriced.
