Coming to my university this is the bank that they use, I honestly thought this bank was for older people but Suntrust is honestly amazing. They are quick to alert me in case something is wrong and resolve problems is a quick manner.

I had an account with Suntrust when I attended my university. It was super easy and helpful to handle my money with them. Their customer service was very helpful and always available.

I have been banking with suntrust for some time now and I can honestly say their protocols are pretty outdated, For instance they don’t offer temporary debit cards to customers who either lost or got their old ones stolen while they await their new debit card in the mail . This is very unfortunate for customers.

The only negative is that they're is no longer a full-time teller at the window and lines are always long. There is a significant waiting time if you go inside also.

SunTrust has probably the worst customer service! Their policies in place puts their customers at a disadvantage and also can be viewed as inconsiderate. Their online banking is always undergoing maintenance.
