I have some credit cards with debt and decided to try to get a personal loan that would combine that debt and make it easier to pay at a lower interest. I went with lending direct and was disappointed in the results and then bombarded like crazy with a bunch of emails and continual contacts. I didn't end up getting a personal loan and consolidating the debt in a better rate, but it was with a different company. I would recommend you shop around for various lenders and rates.

Thank you for taking the time to speak with me about the confusion of how iLendingDIRECT was advertised as a personal loan/debt consolidation company. Per our conversation, iLendingDIRECT is only an auto refinance company and wouldn’t be able to assist with your needs of a personal loan or debt consolidation. We appreciate you bringing it to our attention and should you need anything please feel free to reach out to our Customer Service Manager at 303-862-3309.

I placed an inquiry through Lending Tree, and Ryan R, of iLendingDIRECT, contacted me via text. We exchanged a few messages, but when I told him that I needed the whole process to be done via text or email, he completely ghosted me. To not be willing to use the tools at hand to accommodate someones hearing or speech loss is selfish and ablest.
