The Rip Ride RockIt was my favorite ride! I don't think I've ever felt so much nervous anticipation, g-force pressure, and excitement all merged together into one ride. The video playback is also a really cool feature.

A family vacation of course. It was very neat with lots to see. The bummer was that there were too many people. This is great for the business because they are guaranteed to make money. They can charge less but the customer looses because all the attractions are ridiculously crowded

We went to Universal Studios on 02/03. The park was pretty empty so we were able to get on every ride very quickly. The cost was $100 per ticket for an entire day, however the park was only open from 10:00 am - 6:00 pm. Thats pretty expensive for only 8 hours. The Water World show was outstanding, however the Tram tour was disappointing. It showcased shows that no one really watches. The tram tour at Universal Orlando was much more entertaining.

Extremely fun. I highly recommend the Harry Potter ride. Lines are really long but if you pay a little more you can get the express pass and go to the front of the line.

Harry Potter world is an absolute must see if you’re a potterhead. Really feels like you’re there. Incredibly magical. The rest of the park is just okay in my opinion, but Harry Potter world makes up for all of it

This park is such a fun day to explore many blockbuster movies come to life. Bring a poncho or buy one when you go on any ride with water. And Harry Potter world could be better but still invigorates the magic.

After visiting other amusement parks in the area, my visit to Universal Studios was a bit disappointing. I didn't see as much variety in their offerings as other places, the customer service was nothing beyond normal, and it was not cheap!

I'm not much of a fan of 3D coasters, but just going to Harry Potter World was worth the cost of admission. Also loved the shows, studio tour and Jurassic Park ride.

There is a big difference in employee attitudes between Disneyland and Universal Studios. The Universal employees are not as patient and willing to help you. The rides are safe and the park is kept fairly clean.

Universal Studios has a lot of fun rides, and a lot to do, but where it drops off from the top theme parks is it's customer service. The workers aren't very nice, and there is a rushed angsty feel being around them. Everything at this park seemed strict, and while I had fun, I wasn't able to relax as much.
