I thought Knott's Berry Farm was a good experience for my kids but it didn't quite match up to the experiences we had with other parks in the area. In particular, their rides were nothing noteworthy and the customer service, while okay, was not exceptional.

Knotts Berry Farm is a rare gem. Not many people know about it unless someone tells them about it. Knotts Berry Farm has very unusual and fun rides that differ from popular attractions.

Although it was a cool experience to go here I found it very expensive and extremely crowded, and the rides seemed like rides that you could find anywhere else.
