Norwegian Airlines

Terrible airline! My flight to Paris was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Outbound flight was late, boarding such a mess and food horrible. But still nothing compared to my flight back. First was delayed 2.5 hours, then canceled due to some technical issues. You would think they would do everything in their power to redirect passengers to other flights so they can make their destination in a timely manner but THERE IS NO such thing as a CUSTOMER SERVICE in their vocabulary!! Not only they didn’t let us out of the terminal for half hour to look for help but when we finally did, all we got was 1-800 number that dropped my calls about 20 times. Finally I was connected but after being on hold for an hour I gave up, I needed another flight home, as my job depended on it :/. I did file a claim with the airline but was turned down twice. Will never fly them again..

The planes were decent and the staff was nice. There are a lot of extra charges on things but if you’re looking for a basic flight it’s a really good deal.
