I like the good prices but you get bare bones for the price. No carry on without paying for it. No inflight snacks and seats that are not comfortable. Any flight longer than an hour becomes very uncomfortable.

I flew with Allegiant and found their services very adequate. You have to pay for "extras" but with that said, their pricing is very good and their scheduling is adequate. I would give them a try.

My wife flies Allegiant from Provo to Phoenix quite often. You can't beat the airfare. But they do nickel and dime you for every little thing. But if you are a low maintenance flyer, this is the airline to use.

For a small airline, this was probably one of my best experiences flying. There was plenty of room on that small plane and it was a comfortable experience. The flight was on time in both directions.

We took our basketball team to Arizona for a tournament. We flew out of PVU. Our departure was scheduled at 7:30am. So, we showed up around 5:45am. Our plane broke down, so they said our flight would be delayed. They ended up having to fly a plane to PVU from another airport. Our flight ended up leaving at 5pm. We were stuck in the airport all day. They did buy us pizza. However, we had a basketball team and coaches of 25 people. They bought us 7 pizzas. That was not even near enough to feed our team, let alone all the other passengers.

I used to fly with Allegiant to California out of Provo to visit family. The service was always friendly and they have the lowest prices. Although now they do not fly to California anymore so that is disappointing.

Allegiant Air is a company that sports lower costs while still providing decent services. I have flown Allegiant on my way to Phoenix and though it was not the highest quality, it got me there. If you are looking to save money, I would recommend giving it a go.

Probably the worse airline that is out there. Their tickets are affordable but their seats are not comfortable at all. The 6 hour trip to Hawaii felt like I was in can of sardines, we had no moving space and could feel every turbulence. At one point, I really thought that the plane was going to fall apart against the wind. I do not recommend using this airline for long distance trips.

You get what you pay for. Low prices but not your usual flying experience. Everything is an added cost and the flights are packed with little leg room. If you are going somewhere for just the day Allegiant would be great but any longer and the pricing doesn't make sense. I won't be flying with Allegiant again.

I like the prices but the service is bad. My son was a few minutes past the 45 min deadline and they refused to issue a boarding pass although there were many people arriving and boarding behind him.

The flight experience is fine, the prices are horrible. I use to love allegiant because it was so close to home and it was cheap but now you have to pay for your seat, A CARRY ON (that is usually free on other airlines), and the ticket? ridiculous. I'd rather fly out of Salt Lake.

I love that Allegiant has cheap fares to Arizona & California from Utah. The only drawback is that they sometimes cancel flights, so your schedule has to be flexible.

the WORSE experience. They are CHEAP but it's worth it to pay the extra money. We were delayed for hours traveling to LV due to mechanical issues. We arrived at the airport and got a message that our flight is delayed literally less than an hour before take off. seats are so narrow and uncomfortable. Noisey and bumpy ride. NEVER again will i book with Allegiant.

The quick, cheap flights to small airports are really handy. There are not a lot of flight options and it is expensive to check a bag but for short trips it is excellent.
