Fantastic product...but absolute crap reliability. I went through 6 of them in a little over a year and half. They were happy to replace the units, but it's insane that they break SO often. How do they stay in business???

Mine quit working around the 10th month after purchase. My husbands quit working (updating) after 3 months and the company sent him a new one. Definitely wasn't consistent when we both exercised together.

Not much good to say about it, tip that plugs into the computer kept coming off and eventually lost it completely. It was my first tracker, bought the fitbit and won't go back.

I loved my UP24 for about a month. After that I would have to reset it at least 4 times per day. This became very inconvenient. After about 4 months I took it off for good!

It was good while it worked. But in 6 months that I've had it. The charger stopped working. Now 2 months later, the jawbone itself will not charge. It was easy to wear, but I'm done. It's too bad.

If my jawbone wasn't a gift Id take it back and get something else...I lost like 3 or 4 caps and had to replace the thing 3 times. I only wear it to bed now. Ww'll see how long last.

I have been on my UP 24 for 2 years. It finally died so I bought another one. I LOVE this company.

I got it as a gift for Christmas 2014 and really liked it. Unfortunately it just quit working 4 months later. I never misused or mistreated...not sure what happened.

I had 3 and they all died within 6 months of getting them. Amazon would not replace them saying it was something I was doing. I guess wearing them was not how to use them.

Very happy with it if continues to work. Owned it for 6 months and it quit working. Using my second jawbone up, hopefully this one will work longer than six months.

Bought an up24 in January, broke after a month, called Jawbone sent replacement which also lasted a month before breaking. They finally sent me a 3rd one which I sold on Ebay

Not at all happy withthe device. It stopped syncing with my phone and numerous emails to the company got no responses. I switched to Fitbit and love it

I like the things this band does. I’m just not satisfied with the cap on it. I have lost it and it makes it not look the greatest.

I am so tired of having to resync my new #2. Sometimes three or four times a day. I am not the only none with this issue. What gives ?

I went through 3 of them all under warranty and after the warranty was up it failed again - so now I am using it for a paper weight on my desk

Not as good as the Garmin, the Fitbit or Apple Watch. Wasn’t user friendly at all.

I hated this experience with them. The customer service was terrible and I felt attacked after I left.

I did not have a good experience with it. The concept is great but the technology is not there.
